With a deep understanding of key risks, challenges and regulatory requirements regarding the use and implementation of AI within education ecosystems, I am happy to support the development of AI policy at company, local, national or supranational level. I bring extensive knowledge of existing regulatory practice and best practice methods for making policy practical and implementable. Through workshops, guided action plans and policy writing, I can support at all levels of development.  

Drawing on experience with schools, governments, international organisations and education-sector leaders across more than 46 countries, I support the development of digital education strategies that are evidence-informed, context-sensitive and practically implementable. My work includes ecosystem and market analyses, policy mapping, needs assessments, implementation planning and strategic recommendations for ministries, NGOs, foundations and education-sector organisations. I help institutions understand their context, identify opportunities and design digital education approaches that are sustainable, interoperable and aligned with real educational needs.

As a specialist on the topic of interoperability within the education ecosystem, I work with governments and industry representatives to determine processes and architecture plans to ensure products, systems and structures are future-proofed with an ease and security of access for all users. Understanding local data protection laws, I aim to ensure student and learning information is safe and products are compliant.

I regularly deliver keynote speeches, expert panels, workshops and moderated discussions on digital education, AI in education, EdTech governance and responsible innovation. Drawing on experience with international organisations, governments, universities, NGOs and industry networks, I translate complex policy, regulatory and technological developments into clear, practical insights for diverse audiences. My speaking engagements are designed to help decision-makers understand what is changing, what it means for education systems, and how to respond in ways that are evidence-informed, rights-aligned and practically implementable.

I advise public institutions, international organisations, foundations, education systems and EdTech ecosystems on responsible digital education transformation. My research focuses on the governance, evaluation and implementation of digital and AI-enabled education. I work on questions related to evidence, trust, rights, interoperability, public-private collaboration and the responsible use of technology in education systems. Through policy papers, landscape analyses, stakeholder consultations, framework development and applied research projects, I help organisations understand emerging challenges, identify practical pathways forward and build stronger foundations for decision-making in digital education.
